This Privacy Policy describes how I LIKE BASIC PTY LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Australia (www.ilikebasic.com), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Lulululu mobile application (the "App"). This policy applies globally to all users of the App.

Information We Collect

We aim to collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the App. You can use the App without an account. If you choose to create an account to save stories, we collect limited account information.

• Usage and analytics data: Interactions with the App (e.g., screens viewed, session duration, feature usage), device type, operating system, App version, and language. We do not collect precise location. Where supported, analytics is configured to limit location to approximate region (e.g., country/region) and to avoid using advertising identifiers (such as IDFA/AAID).
• Diagnostics and performance data: Crash logs, error reports, and performance metrics used to diagnose problems, ensure stability, and improve performance.
• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect authentication information (such as email address or third-party auth provider ID) to manage your account and saved stories.
• User-Generated Content: If you save stories, we store the content you create. These stories are private to your account by default and are not visible to other users. As the owner of a story, you may choose to share it: the App generates a time-limited sharing link, and a recipient must sign in and accept before they can view that single story (read-only). Recipients cannot re-share. We do not operate a public feed or marketplace of user-created stories.
• No payment data: The App is free; we do not process or store payment information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (including Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect usage data. We disable Ads Personalization and Advertising Features, do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), and do not enable remarketing or demographics features. Google may collect data as described in its policies and use it to provide and improve its services. How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• Monitor usage and performance to guide product decisions.
• Diagnose and fix crashes, bugs, and reliability issues.
• Protect against abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce policies.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. User-generated stories are private to your account by default and are not shared with other users unless you, as the owner, explicitly share a story via a time-limited sharing link. The recipient must sign in and accept to gain read-only access to that single story, and cannot re-share it. See our Terms of Service for details on sharing.

To create stories, the inputs you provide (such as your story idea, age range, and language) and the resulting content are processed by third-party AI providers (such as Google) acting on our behalf to generate, translate, and narrate stories. We use a paid service tier under which the provider does not use your content to train its models, and we do not authorize these providers to use your content to serve advertising to you.

We may share non-personal, aggregated, or anonymized data for analytics and product improvement. Usage and diagnostic data may be processed by service providers (such as Google) strictly to provide analytics and diagnostic services on our behalf.

Children's Privacy

The App offers children's stories and is intended to be set up and operated by a parent or guardian. We treat the App as directed to a mixed audience that includes children, and we design it to minimize the information collected from children.

• Accounts and story inputs are created by the adult operator. We do not require children to provide personal information, and we do not ask children for contact details.
• The usage and diagnostic data we collect is used only to support the internal operations of the App (reliability, security, performance, and product improvement). We do not use it for behavioral advertising, we do not build profiles of children, we do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA/AAID), and we do not sell personal information.
• A parent or guardian can review, request deletion of, or delete the account and saved stories at any time from within the App, or by contacting us using the details below.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described in this policy. If you believe a child has provided us personal information in a way not described here, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We retain usage and diagnostic data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, after which we delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate business needs (e.g., security, fraud prevention).

International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
